A young bartender from North Dakota traveled South of the Border to escape the winter cold. He ran out of money in Mexico in the area of Irapuato where there are many strawberry fields. Inspired he whipped up a fabulous Tequila Strawberry Cocktail. Everyone loved it. He soon opened a bar. He never returned North.
