The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey (Copper Pot)

Created by Alex Thomas, one of a few female master blenders in the industry. The Sexton starts with the best ingredients, using only unpeated Irish malted barley for a pure malt flavor. The spirit is distilled in copper pot stills for exceptional smoothness and then aged in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, imparting uncommon complexity and richness of flavor. An unconventional single malt, The Sexton is complex and memorable in character.
